No pre-treat: You can print on t-shirts, hats, bags, flags, banners, and any other fabric without any pre-treatment.
Easy to use: Just place the DTPaper® in your DTF printer accordingly. Place the coating side up. You can create, crop, and print any size and image you want.

Easy to Use

Simply load the DTPaper into your printer with the coated side facing up. You can freely design, crop, and print any size or image directly onto the paper surface — no film or pre-treatment required.

HOW TO USE

  1. Print the Design:
    Print directly onto the coated side of the DTPaper using DTF-compatible water-based pigment inks. Follow your printer’s recommended settings for paper-based media.
  2. Apply Adhesive Powder:
    While the ink is still wet, evenly sprinkle DTF hot-melt powder over the printed image. Shake off any excess powder carefully.
  3. Cure the Adhesive:
    Place the printed and powdered sheet in a curing unit or heat press (without pressure) at 110–130°C for 2–3 minutes, or until the powder is melted and evenly bonded to the ink.
  4. Transfer to Fabric:
    Pre-press the garment to remove moisture and wrinkles. Then place the DTPaper face down on the textile.
  5. Heat Press Transfer:
    Press at 120–150°C for 3–8 seconds under medium pressure.
  6. Cold and Hot Peel:
    Allow the transfer to cool completely. Then peel off the paper smoothly to reveal a clean, vibrant print.
